A little running never hurt anyone
Trying to will myself back into shape, no excuses.
A friend of mine has a goal to run 100 times this year, a minimum of 2 miles a pop I think. I've run several dozen times this year, but maybe I should start keeping better track. For motivation, tracking improvement, etc.
I guess I'll put myself at 4 runs.
4. June 9 -- 6-mile course. Probably ran about 5 and walked 1. Getting hot out. Legs hurt.
3. June 7 -- 2 separate 8-minute miles on the treadmill.
2. June 5 -- Havelock 10K. Finished in about 63 minutes. Feeling huge.
1. June 2 -- 2-mile run through neighborhood as final tune-up before Havelock.
Meh. Maybe more later. On running. Eating. Sitting, waiting, wishing ... you know.
